Our grandfather fulfilled a lifelong dream back in 1954. A perfumer who hailed from Leipzig, he founded the ‘Kurt Kitzing ätherische Öle und Riechstoffe’ (Kurt Kitzing Essential Oils and Fragrances) company in Nördlingen. Thanks to his highly specialised experience and widespread contacts, his reputation as a dependable creator of fine fragrances rapidly grew. After the second generation entered into management of the company, the company’s success in 1982 and ‘83 necessitated a move to larger facilities. The relocation to our new headquarters in Wallerstein was followed by constant expansion and modernisation, particularly in the analytical field. Today, the third generation of our family is already part of the leadership at Kurt Kitzing GmbH. The special appeal of our work is to tap into the rich wealth of experience that our company’s history offers for modern national and international markets.
