Manual sealing machines give you a cost-effective entry into sealing technology for a wide range of applications. Primarily suitable for sealing plastic containers, manual machines enable a sealing output of up to 500 pieces per hour.

Semi-automatic sealing machines offer reliable and user-friendly sealing of plastic and glass containers with a capacity of approx. 600-700 pieces per hour. While the containers still have to be placed manually in the machine, the sealing takes place automatically. The sealing parameters (pressure, temperature and sealing time) can be conveniently programmed on the digital controller, which guarantees optimum process reliability.

For the complete automation of your processes, we also offer high-performance systems for sealing only or as a complete solution for filling, sealing and screwing.

An alternative to conductive heat sealing is contact induction sealing, which is particularly suitable for sealing demanding container materials such as glass, metal or ceramics.
