The winners of the Pro Carton Young Designers Award 2024 - sponsored by Billerud, Westrock, UMKA, Van Genechten Packaging, MMand Metsä - were announced in Berlin on September 19. Prizes were awarded in four categories: Creative Cartonboard Packaging (Food & Drink), Creative Cartonboard Packaging (All Other), Sustainability and the Public Vote Award. Two products deserve a closer look:

Inti-Filippa Crespín from Die Graphische in Vienna won the sustainability award with her design for the packaging of a dry shampoo - in the shape of a shower head.

The cardboard packaging for lipsticks called “Lèvres - find your tone” by Elvira Alm Andersson and Barbara Lübek-Kacperczyk from Nackademin in Sweden was right at the top.
