Pierre Fabre acquires a majority stake in the share capital of Ladrôme. This transaction was executed by a group's subsidiary dedicated to investments. Founded in 1999, Ladrôme is said to be specialized in the development, manufacturing and marketing of aromatherapy and phytotherapy products formulated from organically grown plants. Its founders still hold stakes in the capital of the company, and Ladrôme will continue to be managed in an autonomous manner.
