New Regulations on MOCS and Labelling May Come
The European Parliament Approves a Proposed Amendment to the CLP Regulation
According to ctpa, the European Parliament has approved the proposed amendment to the so-called CLP Regulation. CLP regulates the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures. Among other things, the revision refers to the introduction of new methods (NAMs), the classification of mixtures with more than one component (MOCS) as well as the use of fold-out labels and the possible introduction of digital labelling.
