The Ukrainian start-up S.Lab has won the Green Alley Award 2023. The award recognises start-ups across Europe with solutions for the circular economy. This year's winner received the award, presented in Berlin, for its ecological packaging alternative to polystyrene. S.Lab's solution is based on hemp and mycelium, the thread-like cells of a fungus.
