Digital Finishing Effects for Italian Product and Brand Experience
The Italian cosmetics manufacturer Pupa Milano relied on digital finishing effects from the German Kurz Group for its "Let's Make-Up" packaging concept. The set consists of several nested boxes with movable parts. With different surfaces and various metallisations, Pupa says the packaging is designed to help create an exciting overall experience for brand and product. Kurz, through its Italian representative Luxoro, contributed gloss effects, gold designs and digital metallisation. The DM Smartliner for 2D digital finishing was used for this. According to Kurz, the entire packaging can be recycled as the transfer products don’t affect the composition of the substrate on which they were applied. Further information …
