The German retail group Gebr. Heinemann has acquired 50 per cent of the German beauty distributor Nobilis. In the course of the transaction, Dr. Joachim Henseler will sell his 37.5 per cent share and Heinemann will join the company as a new co-shareholder. Udo Heuser remains a shareholder and will continue to lead Nobilis as CEO. Henseler remains CFO and Managing Director until the handover to a successor. Gebr.
